What "business" means on this site
A plan is filed as a business plan when the provider sells it as one; OpenStream reads those pages the same way as the home plans and ranks them on the ongoing price. The tiers are the same wholesale tiers as home plans (NBN Co's Wholesale Broadband Agreement defines one set), so a business NBN 100 and a home NBN 100 are the same wholesale product sold under different terms. What those terms include is on the provider's page, linked from every row; OpenStream records the price, the tier and any introductory price, not the contract terms.
Comparing with the home plan
The home figure beside each tier is today's cheapest quotable home plan on that tier. Where the business price is higher, the difference is what the provider charges for whatever its business terms add; where a provider lists the same price for both, the row says so on its page. 4 business rows are listed but not quoted today because they have not been re-read within a day; they are in the table with their last read date.
Where to compare
The business plans have a page of their own: business plans. The address check works the same way for a business address.
