The moment a customer chooses your plan and asks us to arrange it, your team gets an email with their name, mobile, service address, connection type and the plan, under a reference id. You call them, you own the order. Priced per lead delivered, or per activation, or both. Suits brands with a sales desk, like Telstra or Aussie Broadband.
The customer lands on your sign-up page through a tracking link, having already chosen your plan. You pay a flat fee once the service has been active for the validation period. Nothing for orders that do not activate. Suits brands that take orders online only.
A customer who has entered their address (checked with NBN Co), told us what they pay now and chosen your plan from an open comparison, sent to your sign-up page through your tracking or affiliate link.
A flat fee per activated service, agreed in writing per provider. Nothing for leads that do not activate. Our proposal is A$120 per activated NBN service, below the A$120 to A$160 a provider typically spends to acquire an NBN customer through advertising and comparison sites; higher-tier plans and business services are negotiable.
A referral counts once the service has been active for 30 days. Cancellations inside that window are not charged.
A monthly statement listing every activated referral by reference id, address and plan, reconciled against your records before an invoice is raised. Payment terms 14 days.
Paying us does not change where your plans appear. OpenStream sorts by price only, every price cites the page it was read from, and the comparison is the same for a partner and a non-partner. Partners get customers, not position.
Each customer carries a reference id from first lookup to activation. You can match it to your order id and we can match it to the session, so disputes are settled on data rather than memory.
A network charges you our commission plus its override and platform fee, and gives you a click. We give you a customer with the address, connection type and plan already settled, for one flat fee that you only pay when the service is live.
